A sequel to the critically acclaimed *God of War* (2018), *God of War: Ragnarök* is set during the devastating winter of Fimbulbul. Kratos and Atreus must explore the Nine Realms to uncover the truth, while the Asgardian army prepares for the prophesied apocalyptic war.
Along the way, they will explore breathtaking mythical landscapes and confront a variety of hostile creatures, monsters, and Norse gods. Ragnarök is approaching. Kratos and Atreus must choose between their own safety and the safety of the Nine Realms.
The future remains to be written
Atreus relentlessly seeks knowledge to understand Loki’s prophecy and act as Ragnarök descends. Kratos must make a difficult decision: will he succumb to the fear of repeating past mistakes, or will he break free from the past and become a father Atreus can rely on?
